Hello again everyone! I just have a few things to share with all of you Please do read them all, I'm hoping this will help things run smoother here

First off, we now have a folder for Sergent Calhoun in our gallery! Sorry it took so long to add her, but you're welcome to submit to it now!

I've recently declined a large number of pieces that have been submitted. Normally I leave a message on them all, letting everyone know where the piece belongs. however, as I've been gone and there are a LOT of these pieces this round, I figured it was time for a reminder. If I declined your piece, it is because:
----The piece was submitted to the wrong folder
----The piece doesn't contain one of our listed Disney heroines
----The piece contained copyrighted images
----The piece was made using a dollmaker
The requirements are pretty simple ones, but a lot of people seem to be missing those. So as a general reminder to everyone, please make sure you pay attention to these things!

I'd like to make a formal request that people not submit in bulk. I really don't want to put a restriction on how many pieces you may submit at one time. Sometimes we just have those weeks where we create non stop, and a submission limit can get in the way of sharing it with our audience. However, too many pictures at once means that I end up flooding inboxes with artwork every once in a while. So if you're new to the group and have a lot of Disney art? Try and spread out your work over a few days, please!

Please do NOT submit your piece more than once! Believe me, I get the messages for each and every submission sent in, and it's a lot to go through. I am the only filter making sure things end up in the right place remember, and it's a lot of work for me. And if you submit the same picture three times, I get three messages rather than one and it can really clog up the works. My suggestion: Don't delete the pending message from your inbox when you submit a piece. The moment it is accepted or declined, it will tell you. If it's still pending, I haven't had a chance to get to it yet!

We do have a Fancition folder! I know for a lot of us, it doesn't show up in the gallery for some reason...but it's there, I promise! The way to reach it is the button at the top right of the gallery that says '+ Submit to This Gallery'. The window that pops up has a drop down menu at the top and you can see the Fancition folder on that list. My apologies for the inconvenience, but I honestly have no idea what's making it invisible on the main page >.<

Last but not least, please be patient with me! I'm only one girl and as much as I complain about being bored, I really am a very busy person and I can't get to my messages every day. I'm sorry it sometimes takes a little longer for your work to make it in, but trust me, as long as you meet requirements, the piece will be welcomed into the group with open arms and ooh's and aw's!

Hello everyone! I'm Whisper, I'm the admin here who's been accepting artwork I'm just here to help out, but while *ellava was away, I was accepting things I shouldn't have been. I just wanted to extend an apology about that, and figured this would be a great time to review the rules or what we accept and what we don't accept

We only accept Heroines from Disney films. Which means no Disney Channel shows, and no Once Upon a Time heroines, sorry guys!
We only accept pieces containing the actual Disney Heroines. Which means (for example) an original character dressed up like a Disney lady doesn't count.
This also means that jewelry or outfits inspired by the Disney ladies won't be accepted, unless they're actually wearing the outfits.
Only pieces containing multiple heroines will go into the 'Group Images' folder. If a piece as a heroine and a non heroine (like Jasmine and Aladdin) then it goes in the heroine's folder (in this case, Jasmine's.)
No pictures of other characters from the movie! If they're in the picture with a heroine, that's one thing...but without the heroine, they don't belong in our group.
No copyrighted images! Which means no manipulations of screen-capped characters put together, or anything like that!
And right no, we don't have a posting limit...but if possible, it would be wonderful for people not to flood the group with submissions! We get a lot as it is, with over 4,000 members (speaking of WOW!), but when a person submits over 100 things in one day, I have to go through every single one to make sure everything is in the right place, and of course I end up having to flood people's inboxes with things, which I really hate doing >.< So you know, if you have a lot of pieces, try submitting them over a few days instead, it makes things easier on all of us

I do believe that's it ^^ I'm still leaving the creation of new folders to our lovely founder, so if you're interested in a new folder, that's up to her. She's the final word in whether a Disney lady is considered a heroine or not after all
